Parts and Core Return Policy

Effective July 1, 2020

PARTS MUST BE:

  • In new, resalable condition and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original shipping list or invoice
  • Returnable to our supplier
  • Not replaced or discontinued
  • A minimum of $25.00 total return value on stocked parts
  • A minimum of $50.00 total return value on non-stock parts
  • Initiation of a parts return request must be made by contacting a Holt Cat location via phone, email, or in-person.  
  • If shipping charges were incurred for the parts being returned, these charges will not be refunded as part of the total credit.
  • Upon receipt and acceptance of returned parts, credits are typically issued within 48 hours.

NON-RETURNABLE PARTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Parts with an * in the NR column of the shipping list
  • Electrical parts
  • Goods cut to length (hose, wire, tubing, etc.)
  • Opened kits (seal, gasket, engine, etc.)
  • Literature
  • Glass
  • Paint & Chemicals
  • ‘Made As Ordered’ parts

HANDLING CHARGES FOR ACCEPTABLE RETURNS ARE:

  • Stock parts returned within 0-15 calendar days of purchase: 0%
  • Stock parts returned within 16-30 calendar days of purchase: 25%
  • Stock parts returned within 30-180 days of purchase: 50%
  • Stock parts returned after 180 days will not be accepted
  • Non-stock parts returned within 0-15 calendar days of purchase: 15%
  • Non-stock parts returned within 16-30 calendar days of purchase: 25%
  • Non-stock parts returned after 31 calendar days of purchase will NOT be accepted
